About · who we are

Look down from orbit and
the differences in infrastructure become obvious.

Axionserve Cloud curates high value-for-money servers in quality facilities worldwide, with clear monthly pricing and traffic unmetered under fair use. We own catalogue accuracy, pricing transparency and order coordination; we own the catalogue, pricing and order lifecycle end to end.

Who we are

Axionserve Cloud is a cloud-infrastructure retailer built around clear catalogue pricing, monthly billing and practical support. We organise configurations from established global facilities so you can compare CPU, memory, disk, port speed and price in one place.

This is not a "we sell everything" catalogue. Across 10 product types, 13 datacentres and 4 backhaul classes, every SKU's specifications and monthly price are readable in the page markup — no JavaScript required, no quote request required.

How we select products

We prioritise facilities and SKUs with transparent specifications, stable monthly pricing, and unmetered traffic under published fair-use rules. German (Frankfurt) inventory, for example, lists only 10 Gbps-class ports that are actually available — matching live inventory.

Listing criteria

  • · Every specification is checkable line by line (CPU / memory / system disk / data disk / bandwidth / IP)
  • · Stable monthly pricing — no bait "from" price that rises later
  • · Traffic unmetered under published fair-use rules
  • · Actually available — no phantom listings

How we label data gaps

  • · 222 bandwidth records are placeholders (rate confirmed at order) → shown honestly as "confirmed at order"
  • · 20 SKUs have no datacentre recorded → shown as "datacentre not recorded", never given invented coordinates
  • · 148 SKUs share a name with other products but differ in configuration → the distinguishing field is called out
  • · Delisted products keep a replacement-model pointer instead of vanishing silently

Where responsibility sits

We are responsible for

  • Order processing and payment verification
  • Provisioning coordination and trackable progress (order number)
  • Support coordination through official channels: support form, email, Telegram
  • Catalogue accuracy: specifications, pricing, listing and delisting kept aligned with live inventory

Node infrastructure includes

  • Physical facility, power and cooling
  • Transit and peering
  • On-site hardware operations and replacement
  • Underlying virtualisation and host capacity

We state this boundary explicitly because it determines who to contact when something goes wrong, and what we can and cannot commit to.SLA framework and the refund and cancellation framework contain the specific terms.

Service scope

VPS, dedicated servers, multi-IP, high-bandwidth and related infrastructure listed in our catalogue. Member tools such as reboot, reinstall and password reset are being rolled out in the customer dashboard as node APIs allow.

IP Transit products are quoted manually per line and bandwidth — never auto-priced.
