Practical answers for buying, bandwidth, regions, delivery and support—written for how customers actually decide, not marketing filler.

About Axionserve

What is Axionserve?

Axionserve Cloud is a curated infrastructure retailer. We select high value-for-money VPS, dedicated and high-bandwidth servers from quality global data centres, publish clear monthly prices, and coordinate delivery and support. We are not a hyperscaler that owns every rack worldwide—we specialise in transparent catalogue pricing and practical support.

How is this different from AWS, Google Cloud or Alibaba Cloud?

Hyperscalers sell elastic building blocks (API, per-second billing, dozens of regions, metered egress). Axionserve sells ready server configurations with fixed monthly rent and, on eligible plans, unmetered traffic under fair use—closer to classic dedicated/VPS commerce. Choose hyperscalers for complex cloud-native architectures; choose us when you want a clear monthly box, known port speed and simpler checkout.

Do you operate the data centres yourselves?

No. Physical facilities, upstream networks and on-site hardware are run by selected partners. Axionserve handles catalogue, order processing, payment verification, provisioning coordination and customer support. That boundary is stated in our About page and Service Agreement.

Pricing, payment and billing

How does monthly billing work?

Catalogue prices are monthly in USD. After payment is verified and the order is accepted, the service term starts on activation. Renewals follow the same monthly cycle unless the product page states otherwise.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept USDT and USDC on the networks shown at checkout. You must select the correct asset and network. Network fees and irreversible wrong-network transfers are the customer’s responsibility.

When is a crypto payment considered complete?

A transfer is not confirmation until we identify and verify it on the stated network. Always keep your transaction ID for support.

Are prices inclusive of bandwidth?

On plans marked unmetered/unlimited traffic, normal use for the purchased port is not billed per gigabyte. Port speed (for example 10 Mbps or 10 Gbps) is the capacity of the interface—not a promise of unrestricted saturation. See the product notice and Acceptable Use Policy.

Bandwidth and unmetered traffic

What does unmetered / unlimited traffic mean?

It means we do not charge per GB under normal application use for the port you bought. It does not mean you may continuously saturate the port for traffic resale, unrelated bulk transfer, or patterns that harm shared uplinks. We may contact you, rate-limit or suspend service if fair-use thresholds are breached.

What is the difference between port speed and traffic volume?

Port speed (10M, 100M, 1G, 10G, 20G, 40G…) is the maximum rate of the network interface. Traffic volume is how many bytes you transfer over time. Hyperscalers often meter egress by the GB; many of our monthly plans price the port and do not meter GB under fair use.

What are China Optimized and Global BGP lines?

China Optimized routes prioritise connectivity quality toward mainland China where the facility offers that option. Global BGP uses standard international BGP connectivity. Availability depends on the region and product—Frankfurt high-bandwidth SKUs, for example, list both when the upstream catalogue does.

Regions and products

Which regions do you offer?

The catalogue is filtered by region tabs (for example Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Germany/Frankfurt, Silicon Valley and others listed on the products page). Stock changes with upstream availability.

Why does Germany only show 10G / 20G / 40G servers?

Our German inventory follows the upstream Frankfurt high-bandwidth catalogue: those facilities sell multi-gigabit ports, not low-Mbps promo lines. We do not invent lower ports that the source does not sell.

What product families exist?

VPS, dedicated servers, multi-IP servers, high-bandwidth (including 10G+) servers, and other categories shown in the catalogue filters.

Delivery, access and operations

How long does delivery take?

Activation depends on payment verification, stock, technical checks and abuse review. Times are estimates. If a configuration cannot be delivered, we offer an alternative or a refund per the Refund Policy.

How do I get login details?

Credentials are sent only to the contact on the order. Change the initial password immediately and protect SSH keys.

Can I reboot, reinstall or reset the password myself?

Self-service reboot, reinstall and password reset appear in the customer dashboard as each facility’s API allows. Until a button is available for your product, request the action via support with product ID and required OS or password details.

Who is responsible if the network or hardware fails?

We coordinate with the facility partner and keep you informed. Upstream or facility events outside our direct control are handled under the SLA: active coordination and communication, not a zero-downtime guarantee.

Support, SLA and refunds

How do I open a ticket?

Use the support form (preferred for provisioning and faults—include order ID, product ID, region, UTC time window and impact), email support@axionserve.com, or Telegram @Axionserve for short questions. After you have an order, the form is the formal ticket path.

What are your response time targets?

Published in the SLA: Severity 1 (full outage) first response about 2 hours best effort; Severity 2 about 8 hours; Severity 3–4 about one business day. Targets are not automatic cash penalties unless a written order says otherwise.

When can I get a refund?

Before activation, undeliverable orders may be refunded or exchanged. After activation, services are generally non-refundable except confirmed provisioning failures on our side. Approved crypto refunds are sent as a new transfer. See the Refund Policy.

Security and acceptable use

What is forbidden?

Illegal content and activity, abuse (DDoS, scanning, open relays), spam, and fair-use violations on unmetered ports. Details are in the Acceptable Use Policy. Confirmed abuse may lead to suspension without refund.

Do you sell or share my personal data?

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as needed to deliver the service (facility partners, payment networks) or as required by law. See the Privacy Policy.
